We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
We sell products and workshops from this site. Before placing an order with us, you will be asked to agree to our Booking Terms and Conditions herewith. Please read our terms and conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Booking Terms and Conditions including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, makers, tutors, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Placing a Booking: To book a place on one of our workshops, sewing courses, sewing terms or sewing schools or Crafternoons, please contact us in advance either on our Facebook page, via our Contact us form or via email.
Deposits: For all bookings, a deposit payment (“Deposit”) of a minimum of 25% will be required in advance in order to confirm your booking. With some workshops, due to the materials required, a Deposit of 50% or even 100% upfront may be required and shall be explained to you at time of booking. Please note that all workshop Deposit payments are non-refundable unless the workshop or course needs to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (see Cancellation/Rescheduling below).
Payments: Ditzy Rose Makery accepts workshop and booking deposits securely using most debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We are able to take deposits and full payment for bookings during our opening hours at the Ditzy Rose Makery. Ditzy Rose Makery does not store any credit or debit card details. We may also, at our discretion, accept online payments outside of our premises opening hours. These payments may be made using Paypal or Bank Transfer.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: We reserve the right to re-schedule or adjust any workshop or course details with a minimum of 24 hours notice should circumstances beyond our control require us to do so. This happens extremely rarely but examples of why this would be necessary would be due to force majeure, bereavement, adverse weather conditions or Act of God. We ask for your understanding should this apply but we reiterate that this happens rarely if at all.
With some workshops or courses we do have a minimum number of participants required in order for the workshop or course to proceed. This is often due to minimum orders of workshop materials required. With some workshops or courses, we conversely have a maximum capacity which may be limited due to the limited number of sewing machines, space available or specialist crafting equipment required. Should we need to cancel a workshop or a place booked on a course or workshop due to these circumstances, we would refund any Deposit paid in full.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions.

We make our very best effort to keep this website completely up to date on an extremely regular basis however workshops or courses are dynamic and may become fully booked quite quickly. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
